We recommend selecting a package that best suits your needs when making your booking. However, you may upgrade to a different package at any time before your event date should your requirements change.

Yes, split-day coverage is available for selected packages. Please contact us to confirm availability and discuss arrangements.

Payment terms vary depending on the package selected:
Duplex & Snapshot Packages
50% deposit is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining 50% is due one day before the event.
Pre/Post Wedding Packages
70% deposit is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining 30% is due after the session concludes.

Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify us at least 6 months in advance if they wish to cancel their photography session or event coverage.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 6 months before the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the deposited amount.
Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their session or event coverage based on our availability. Rescheduling within a similar timeframe as the original booking may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, natural disasters) that necessitate cancellation or rescheduling, we will work closely with you to arrange an alternative date or suitable solution.
Refunds: Deposits or payments made may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe. Any refunds or fee adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Communication: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email (plus65foto@gmail.com). A confirmation of cancellation receipt will be provided within one week.
Exceptions: We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, including documented emergencies or situations beyond the client's control.
Agreement: By booking our services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
